In The Way to Eureka guide, they recommend afk fate level to lv25 before going to Pagos but I disagree, just pop a potion of harmony and manual grind at Pagos. You can mostly just afk fate grind to level but if you want to progress faster, I recommend manual grind. I bought the cloak of vermillion to make my life easier.
